1. Download the registration form that best matches your use case:

- For 3rd Party Application Developers

• Enable secure, consent-based access for users to retrieve their records from Premera via FHIR-based API.

- For Payers

• Support member-initiated data exchange between Premera and other health plans using FHIR-based APIs.

- For Providers

• Enable secure, bulk access for in-network providers to retrieve attributed Premera member data through FHIR-based APIs.
